Richard Park
Richard has worked in recruitment since 1996. His career has included a successful spell with a well known City legal recruitment company, which he left in 2002 in order to set up Charles Park Search and Selection.
Richard has been responsible for many key moves in the private wealth management sector. He works in the UK and international private wealth management sector, headhunting individuals for large, medium and boutique legal firms, family offices and across the professional services arena.
He has assisted many firms in building up their private client departments, some of which have gone on to become award-winning departments.
Richard also works closely with individuals who are seeking a move and has close links with leading partners in the private wealth management sector.

Tamsin Wightman
In 2005, she joined Charles Park Search and Selection, initially working alongside Richard Park as a researcher. Tamsin now oversees the research department and works closely with Richard as a senior consultant in the private wealth management department and specialises in private client and family. She also works closely with individuals who are seeking a move.

Nigel Buck Nigel’s recruitment experience spans 15 years and has covered senior management to director level appointments across finance, legal and commercial within sectors such as IT, telecoms and media and professional services. As an original member of Charles Park in 2002, Nigel assisted the MD on transactional recruitment assignments, typically at associate and junior partner level.
After a spell with executive search firm Praxis Resourcing in London, focusing on emerging markets recruitment (including the Middle East), Nigel rejoined Charles Park Search and Selection in 2009. He has led the development of the firm’s Middle Eastern division.
Nigel conducts bespoke candidate searches, associate and partner level search assignments for US and UK international law firms and in house departments. Areas of law he covers include: energy and infrastructure, banking and finance, project development and finance, corporate and commercial and construction and real estate.

Mike Bishop
Mike joined Charles Park Search and Selection in 2009 and deals with associate level professionals through to senior/managing partners within the energy, oil and gas, corporate/commercial, dispute resolution, real estate and finance/Islamic finance sectors.
He has a strong network base in the Middle East - including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, the UK and offshore markets.
