Richard Park – Managing Director & Consultant in Private Wealth Management
Richard park set up Charles Park Search and Selection in 2002. His principle practice area is the UK and international Private Wealth Management sector, across the broad professional services arena, including large, medium and boutique legal firms. He has also advised on successful mergers and firm sales, and has been responsible for key moves in the Private Wealth Management sector. He has assisted firms to build up their Private Client departments which have gone on to become award winning departments.
Richard has close links with leading partners in the Private Wealth Management sector and has worked on a number of commercially driven projects. He has recently overseen the acquisition of consultants who will be focusing on the Family and Middle East markets.
Richard has worked in recruitment since 1996, and his career included a successful spell with a well known City legal recruitment company.

Rebecca Hallett BSc LLB – Consultant in Private Wealth Management
Rebecca obtained a degree in Business and Japanese from Cardiff University before striking out on her own and running a successful lifestyle management business in Bath for several years. On returning to education, she obtained an LLB law degree and has now turned her expertise and legal experience to headhunting in the legal industry. She joined Charles Park Search and Selection in 2009 as a headhunter and assistant researcher working alongside Richard Park. Rebecca speaks fluent Japanese, and is a keen photographer.

Sue-Anne (Annie) Louw – Consultant – Family Team
Sue-Anne Louw (Annie) is a dedicated search specialist with 15 years experience in the field. Sue-Anne, Annie as we know her, is a reliable and self-motivated individual who demonstrates effective communication skills coupled with tact and discretion. A proven decision maker accustomed to working to deadlines and under pressure, she is a team player who can take the lead if required. Annie’s career began as a headhunter in the FMCG industry, and she then moved into the Retail Banking and Investment Banking arena. Since working with Charles Park, Annie has come over from the International Team to work in the dedicated Family team alongside Tamsin Wightman.

Tamsin Wightman – Consultant – Family Team and Private Wealth Management
Tamsin has over 10 years’ experience in legal recruitment. She obtained a law degree from the University of East Anglia before working in legal recruitment for Chambers & Partners in London. She then worked for the in-house legal department of a telecoms company. In 2005, she joined Charles Park Search and Selection, initially working alongside Richard Park as a researcher for the private wealth management department. Tamsin is now a senior headhunter in the private wealth management department and specialises in private client and family.

Nigel Buck – Consultant – Middle East Division
Nigel’s executive search experience spans Commerce & Industry, Professional Services and Legal Private Practice. He joined Charles Park Legal in 2002 working in Legal Private Practice and specialising within Private Client & Wealth Management. Following that, Nigel joined the Professional Services Executive Search team of Praxis Executive based in London gaining exposure to the Middle Eastern market and emerging markets. He rejoined Charles Park Search and Selection late in 2009 to assist with the development of the firm’s Middle Eastern division. Nigel is responsible for Associate to Partner level appointments within Private Practice and ‘In house’ Counsel for leading financial Institutions in the Middle East.

Mike Bishop – Consultant – Middle East Division
Mike has 10 years recruitment experience, from contingent recruitment to search & selection within the contract and permanent market, working in the IT, recruitment to recruitment and legal industries.
Mike has spent the last 12 months building a strong network base in the Middle East, focusing on Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. Mike deals with Associate level professionals through to Senior/Managing Partners and is presently working on projects within the Energy, Oil and Gas sectors, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Finance/Islamic Finance sectors.
