At CPSS, we generally operate under the radar, working on discrete projects for some of the world’s leading legal related clients.
We rarely advertise as a business, however, we do get actively involved in the sectors we specialise in. For example, we put together a private client dinner in London, where we invite a number of the leading partners of the international trust and tax market, and related areas. Our most recent dinner was attended by over 40 people, with people travelling from overseas to attend. We were kindly sponsored by Bank Julius Baer and held the dinner at our usual venue, The Don Restaurant in St.Swithin’s Lane.
We also put together drinks parties in the different jurisdictions we operate in, where we invite a mixture of candidates and clients we have worked with over the years.
As a business, we are supporters of the St.Christopher’s Hospice and we are one of the sponsors of this year’s private client Goldsmith Hall dinner.
We publish recruitment related articles in LinkedIn and Richard is invited to write for private client related journals, giving a recruitment twist to private client.
CPSS is a big supporter of LinkedIn and can see the huge benefit for the legal industry and its on-line development via this professional networking site. CPSS has got involved with an on-line recruitment advertising business, which works very closely with LinkedIn. The recruitment market is evolving and many of the more junior level lawyers do not seem to have an issue with using on-line portals to secure new jobs. This is a market we are keeping a close eye on, as we want to be in a position to assist firms with their more junior recruitment, where there are zero introduction fees.
