Charles Park Legal was set up in 2002 by Richard Park to provide headhunting services to the legal market, with specialist expertise in the Private Client sector.

In 2007, we built on our success by rebranding the business as Charles Park Search and Selection and broadening our sector expertise into the multi-disciplinary tax arena. Growth in this area is driven by Jan Horrell-Tidbury.

We now conduct tailored searches across all sectors of the legal, accountancy and banking markets for a broad range of clients. These include top London, regional and international firms, and a number of the UK’s leading niche and boutique businesses.

We manage assignments at all levels, with a particular focus on partners, directors and team acquisitions.

The firm also delivers a bespoke, confidential service for professionals seeking a fresh challenge with a new organisation.
